The 60 m² wooden house is surrounded by nature on an 800 m² plot with mature trees and a sunbathing lawn. You are located directly in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park and only 2 km from Lake Edersee. Shopping is 2 km away and cafés and restaurants are 500 metres away.
The house was completely renovated inside and out in 2016 and newly furnished. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed 180x200 cm and TV or two single beds 90x200 cm and a living room with a wood-burning stove, a sofa bed, armchair, TV and dining table. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC and can be reached via a corridor. All in all, a house with a feel-good atmosphere.
The house also has its own car park. From the living room you can reach the covered terrace with wind protection and garden furniture.

You can reach the tranquil village of Basdorf on foot in 10 minutes. It is characterised by its beautiful half-timbered buildings and invites you to take a stroll with its rural character.
