In addition to the communal pool, the flat is only about a 15-minute walk from the lake and beaches. There are individual stretches of beach on the waterfront and the Lido di Lenno beach resort with fine dining, beach bar, events and taxi boat/boat hire.

Lenno is a legendary lakeside town with a historic centre and romantic lanes along the lake and into the mountains. Fine restaurants and quaint pizzerias, a beautiful lakeside promenade with cafés, and a piazza at the local church of Santa Stefano on the lake as a meeting place for social life.

Attractive excursion destinations such as Menaggio, Varenna, Tremezzo or Isola Comacina can be reached by boat from here. In another 20 minutes you can walk along a beautiful footpath from Lenno to the legendary Villa Balbianello or take the water taxi.
