Located on the west coast of Lake Guarda, the picturesque village of Toscolano-Maderno is dotted with cypresses, olive groves and lemon groves and has a pretty harbor crowded with colorful boats and ferries. Nearby are numerous beaches with a choice of water sports, including canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing and diving.

A little further along the coast (1 hour drive) is Sirmione and its famous spa. Verona is 1 hour and 15 minutes by car and Venice is just over 2 hours by car.
The nearest airport is Milan Bergamo, about 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from the house.
Our service charge is inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied.
The pool is open from the June to September depending on the weather conditions
A damage deposit of 300 has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
