The attic vacation apartment is located in the small mountain village of Montemezzo
above Gera Lario with a magnificent view of the lake and mountains. Here you can enjoy
peace and nature while being close to the lake and beaches. The spacious
vacation apartment is simply but tastefully and individually furnished in
Lombard-Italian style. The apartment is highly
recommended for groups of friends or a larger family, even with
children. There is a beautiful balcony with a panoramic view, as well as a garden with
a terrace and barbecue facilities and enough space to play and relax. The
apartment is an ideal starting point for a wide range of activities: mountain sports,
water sports, beach days, or excursions around Lake Como. In the evening, the
cozy terrace with a view of the lake invites you to enjoy a relaxing barbecue.
There are mostly flat beaches along the Mera River and in Gera Lario.
With playgrounds, boat rentals, surfing and sailing schools, canoe rentals, tennis, and boccia.
The spacious attic vacation apartment has a separate entrance via several steps on the mountain side.
On the lake side is the living area with kitchen, dining table, couch, and access to the balcony.
There is one double bedroom on the lake side and one double bedroom and one twin bedroom on the mountain side.
The vacation apartment is decorated in friendly, bright colors and Lombard style.

On the mountain side, there is a panoramic viewing area with a dining table set and barbecue accessible via the entrance to the vacation apartment.
A large shared sun terrace with an open fireplace and dining table furniture is accessed via steps.
The property is also inhabited by the family, who are hospitable, warm, and courteous. They have small dogs that
are happy to see visitors and will win the hearts of the children.
The vacation apartment is located in Montemezzo, above Gera Lario, in typical Lombard style and with beautiful lake
and mountain views from the outdoor areas. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet and still be within a few
minutes of the lake with beaches, water sports facilities, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars,
a good starting point for hiking or mountain biking.
The friendly landlords also live in the house.
There is public parking available on the side of the building.
