The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and bedside table. The apartment is shared with five other people and features a shared living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort for all residents.

Important Notes:
- CONTRACT OPENING COSTS: The contract registration fee will be split between the tenant and the owner, and the tax stamps are paid by the tenant at €16.00.
- CONTRACT CLOSURE COSTS: €150.00 fixed for termination fee (€67.00), cleaning at the beginning of the stay, and sinking fund for painting.
