Casa Mimosa is a large and elegant terraced villa with private garden located in the homonymous residence in the central area of Lierna, a characteristic village located on Lake Como, within walking distance of all services, shops, bars, but also the station and pier where you can take the boat to quickly reach the most famous places on the lake, such as Varenna and Bellagio.
The house is spread over three levels. The modern furnishings in neutral tones make the environment relaxing and comfortable and are associated with furnishing accessories that give a touch of refined elegance.
The ground floor leads to the large living area with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and living room with comfortable sofa and TV. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet complete the floor.
You then enter the upper floor where there is a large open space double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with tub and terrace with splendid views.
In the basement there is a cool tavern with a large kitchen, living room with double sofabed, bathroom with shower/laundry room and hallway
The villa is completed by a large equipped garden where you can enjoy excellent Italian food and sip good wine in complete relaxation.
