The main room has a sofa, the kitchenette is small but practical, and it has a mini-fridge, microwave, and a dining table with chairs.
Other additional required costs refers to concierge and condominium fees.
MPORTANT:** the landlady provides a transitional type of contract, in order to be eligible you need (by law) to present at least one of the following conditions:**
