️ The entrance is shared with the other two rooms in the common hallway, and each room has its own internal door. The three-room apartment consists of three single rooms, each with a private kitchenette, and one shared bathroom for the three rooms.
For stays of 5 months or longer, the price is reduced to 500 euros per month.
The price includes all expenses, except for Internet and washing machine costs.
Additionally, there is a contract registration fee of approximately 120 euros. -
A deposit equal to two months' rent is required to be paid at move-in, and there is an additional 150 euros per month to cover utilities.
The rooms are NOT equipped with bed linens, towels, pots, etc.
Wi-Fi with us is optional. The cost is 20 euros per month, and only one device can be connected at a time.
