Explore one of the most beautiful stretches of Lake Garda, from this charming apartment, in a tasteful residence, just 3km from the lakeshore. The first-floor apartment can sleep up to 3 people and would suit a couple or family. The small complex is built around a pretty central courtyard, with 10 apartments sharing a large swimming pool and well-tended gardens, including a children's playground.
Inside, the apartment consists of a spacious, light-filled living area, furnished with a sofa, TV, dining table and chairs for 6 people. The open-plan kitchen is next to the dining table and equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
Sleeping
Bedroom: The bedroom is separated from the main room by a small corridor. It has a simple double bed, with bedside tables and reading lights plus a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable French bed for 1 person (1.4m wide).
Bathroom
The freshly tiled bathroom has a full bath with a showerhead, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
In the hamlet of Magnolie-Porticcioli, 5 minutes from the village of San Felice del Benaco, the apartment has great access to Lake Garda and all the activities it has to offer. San Felice has an active cultural program during the summer months, including concerts, films and exhibitions, as well as sporting events for all ages. There is an 18km cycle track that links San Felice with the other towns of Portese and Cisano.
For self-catering, San Felice's weekly market takes place on Wednesday morning, here you will find the best local produce to cook at home. Alternatively, there is a supermarket 4 minutes away.
Portese is just a 5-minute drive. Here visitors can catch a ferry to the beautiful town of Salo and from there explore more of Lake Garda. Other boats will take you to the Isola del Garda and cruise along the Gardone Riviera so you can explore the lake from the water. Please note, if you want to visit Isola del Garda you will need to book a guided tour with the island's owners.
Both Portese and San Felice have popular beaches as well as a range of restaurants and cafés
The larger town of Salò (8 minutes) is known for its charming streets, beautiful architecture and chic boutiques. The Mu.Sa (Museo di Salo) has interesting exhibitions of local history and contemporary art. The weekly market (Saturday morning) is an excellent place to spend some time trying the best local produce.
The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (1 hour drive) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 10 minute drive). Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
