The inviting open plan living room features a timeless sitting area with flatscreen TV, a dining area and double French doors, which lead out onto a covered balcony terrace with plastic dining set. From the living area, two steps lead to an adjoining fully-equipped kitchen, with service hatch. Two very spacious double bedrooms (1 with balcony access) are accompanied by a full shower room with washing machine.
Outside, a stone-built BBQ complements the alfresco dining area to the covered balcony. The apartment enjoys a tranquil setting on the Lake Maggiore hillside, overlooking the holiday complex. The seasonal on-site adult pool with kid-friendly paddling pool are both situated 800 metres away (up to 4 free pool passes are provided for guests use).

The holiday residence is located along 'via Belvedere', which is situated in an elevated position approximately 800 metres from the centre of Ispra (2 minutes' drive). The well-serviced resort town offers a host of local amenities to enhance a self-catering stay, including supermarkets, a bakery, wide selection of restaurants, ice-cream shops, bars and a lake beach. From Ispra, the famous Monastery of 'Santa Caterina del Sasso' and the well-connected resort of Laveno-Mombello (with its train station and ferry service to Stresa and Verbania) are 14-21 minutes' drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 28th of May 2025 to the 11th of September 2025
