Attractive renovated house in Niedersfeld. This gem is a true paradise to stay. The house has two bedrooms on the ground floor and a spacious living room with a sofa bed and folding bed.
With a staircase, you go to the basement where you can find a cozy kitchen. This is fully equipped with all necessary equipment, such as a microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Wifi is available. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet, and shower. To relax you step into the sauna, what a luxury to have at this property! There is a pellet hard, for which free pellets are in the house.

Surrounded by beautiful nature, you can challenge yourself on the mountain bike trails. Hillebachsee is within walking distance, where you can enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, pedal boating, swimming, table tennis, volleyball, and more. In winter, this area is a paradise for snow lovers, offering tobogganing (a toboggan is provided), skiing in Niedersfeld, or the snow-sure slopes of Winterberg, just a 10-minute drive away. Hiking enthusiasts will be drawn to the enchanting Hochheide.
Conditions
