The main building (850 sqm): It spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find: a large living room with sofas, TV and DVD player; 3 sitting rooms (including two with fireplace) with direct access to the garden; a dining room. Following a kitchen equipped with: 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a microwave and a refrigerator.
On the elevated ground floor, there is a bathroom with shower.
The first floor, accessible via a staircase, is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (including one ensuite, four with shower, and two with bathtub).
Moreover, at guests' disposal also a "family room", that is a large single area, ideal for a whole family. This area consists of 2 adjoining bedrooms (1 double + 1 twin) and a bathroom.
A wardrobe and washing machine are on this floor.
Villa Bornato can sleep up a maximum of 23 people thanks to some extra bedrooms, all situated on the first floor of the building:
- 1 large room with 3 beds;
- 1 single room;
- 1 airy room with 5 beds.
Dependance (15 sqm): The dependance, located near the pool, has its own independent access. It consists of 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
There are 2 fans available. Three bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Beautiful eighteenth-century country house with dependance and swimming pool, located in the heart of Franciacorta area.
Provided with a large garden with covered porches, it is the ideal accommodation for groups of friends or families with children who want to spend a holiday dedicated to relax and good wine, surrounded by a unique landscape.
