Here are some details about the brand new apartment in Via Isole Lipari. The apartment is currently undergoing renovation, so you will have the opportunity to find a whole new mattress and newly purchased furniture.
DISCOVER THE LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT
The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from the University of Brescia and just 15 minutes from Piazza del Mercato. It is also a 15-minute walk from the Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia.
The apartment consists of: a Relaxing Living Room and a fully equipped kitchen, 3 Single Rooms, and 1 bathroom.
The area is very well-served and quiet. Within a short walk, you will find the famous pastry shop. It is centrally located, close to supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, gelaterias, various takeaways, bars, including the brewery "Pi-Greco," frequented by young people and students.
There is a Metro stop a 5-minute walk away, along with several bus lines. Additionally, the apartment is just 2 minutes from the train station.
