The property is very spacious with a large pool it’s deck, umbrella and lounge chairs.
There are three levels which can sleep 8 people.

Rhododendron-lined steps to the side of the house lead to a third informal dining area with a stone built BBQ and pizza oven. An alternative dining area is on the terrace level of the property, with an outdoor dining area and gazebo.
Outdoor spaces and terraces
The upper level is a large 100 square metre space with a 10 metre swimming pool and sun loungers. This area is ideal for children to run around and play.
This Como area Italian rustic holiday villa has extraordinary elevated terraces overlooking the pool area and lake views. These were established centuries ago and were originally used for growing grapes.
The terrace levels, dotted with wildflowers in the warmer months, afford unparalled views from sun loungers, the gazebo or a relaxing swing chair.

Parking and access
Convenient off-street parking is situated as guests approach the property from the road. Like many hillside properties in this region, the access road to property is very steep and narrow. We don't recommend you attempt to drive it if you have a big car / van, or if your car is not powerful. Would-be rally-car drivers will love it though. There is a carpark at the bottom of the hill, around a 10 minute walk up (or 5 down) to the property. There is also parking for 4 cars at the property.
