Positive: Was terrible experience. I would not return once again because of that. We were chasing to get there on time and we had two more hours to pickup the keys, and we had paid the property, the only thing we were unable to pay because of bad online link was a city tax, we wanted to pay at the property or when we pickup the keys, but they refused to tell s the location where to pickup the keys till we pay. We even explained that link for payment don't work and explained the situation. IT was REALLY UNPLEASANT and we almost had to beg FOR THE KEYS. NEVER AGAIN at this property as far as I am concerned..
Negative: The way how they treated us when we had to pickup the keys. If you work with people you have to treat them better. Really terrible experience for the start of the trip. I am sorry that I had to write this review like this but I hope it will be beneficial for owner to treat better others coming from the distance to be in accommodation that he rents.
Summary: Apartment was on, cleanliness could be better, treating guest to give them keys TERRIBLE
