Strategically located, it is few minutes away from Parco Sempione, with car parkings, tramway, subway and buses nearby. It's definitely an ideal solution for both holiday stays and working stops.\nThe apartment, located in the desired and futuristic area of Fiera Milano City, is right after Corso Sempione street, the wide tree lined boulevard starting from Arco della Pace (where there is a pedestrian street full of pubs and restaurants, one of the centres of Milan's "movida"). Historically it was the first street that Napoleon made to connect Milan to Paris. In the right nearby, the new Shopping Center Portello (where there was an Alfa Romeo factory until 80's ): a paradise for shopping, with 6 restaurants, boutiques, cloth shops and accessories, libraries and a big supermarket open every day, included Sundays, until 10 pm.
For those who love tennis and not only, the neighbourhood offers the "Alberto Bonacossa Tennis Club" (Via Arimondi 15), with 16 tennis courts (in winter they cover 12 courts), swimming pool, a soccer field and a gym.\nWith the tramway lines number 1 and 14, which stop right outside the building, you can directly reach the City Centre, passing by Castello square and Duomo square. With the number 1 line, in few minutes you can reach Arco della Pace, Piazza della Scala and the fashion district (via Manzoni, via Montenapoleone, via della Spiga).
There is also bus number 43 (which stop in the close Firenze square) if you want to go to Brera district, Corso Como, Gae Aulenti square and the Isola district. Another bus which stops in Firenze square is the line 57, which goes through China Town, the Chinese neighbourhood in Paolo Sarpi street, arrives in Cairoli square: from here you can walk to via Dante and Duomo square.
Just outside the building you can also find the trolleybuses number 90 e 91, which go all around the town for almost 21 kilometers.
