For rent is a new Flat "Beachfront"in Rimini,at just 20 mtrs from the beach and 50 mtrs from the river Marecchia with a big Garage in the basement,in one of the most beautifull area of Rimini(San Giuliano Mare di Rimini).

This flat is situated in a new building,at the 2° Floor with elevator, suitable for wheelchairs too(It has a width of 80 cm..).
This flat is a very good choise for families with children of all ages,wanting to spend here a good relaxing vacation on the beach,or for businessmen,wanting to establish here their "Headquarter"from where to move around ,going anywhere in Italy for their businness.
Both the "Railway Station",and the Airport are very close.
This flat is on 2 levels.
In the first level : Living-room with kitchenette,and a sofa-bed(For 2 persons..),the Bath-room with "Shower-box", and a big balcony, where it's possible to eat together by watching at the sea!!
In the second level a big Mansarda,with a big bed(For 2 persons..) and 3 normal beds(It's possible to add another bed).
In both levels there is : WI-FI , and Air-conditioning.
In the basement a big garage(About 25 square meters..) to park safely the car.
This apartment is situated in a very interesting spot.
As it is only 30 meters from the Mediterranean Sea,and about 50 meters from the River Marecchia,..so,..exactly there where Sea and River meets one eachother!! (Very romantic in the evening..)
In this area the guests will find everything they will need for their vacation: Any kind of shops; Restaurants,Pizzerias;Bars; Buses to go to the historical centre in Rimini in just 10 minutes.
There is also, a well organized beach .
From this flat is easy to go to :"Bologna, Venice, Florence... and other cities.. ",both by car,or by train or bus.
So, it's the perfect choise for both a Vacation or a working stay in Rimini.
