Welcome to my house with a balcony overlooking Lake Garda. The flat has been totally renovated and everything inside is new. Ventilated at night and quiet to allow you a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Suitable for families. The rooms are located on a brickwork mezzanine. Independent entrance in a historic building in the centre of Toscolano. 200 metres from the beach , 20 metres from bars, close to butcher and restaurant .
The house has a large garden with barbecue and relaxation area available to guests.The entrance to the flat is independent. Contact the owner for assistance with parking. Tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person over 12 years of age. Please note that dogs cannot be left at home alone, only with prior confirmation from the owner.

Toscano Maderno is the ideal place for travellers who like to walk and enjoy the calm of the lake and the river that rises in the Valle delle Cartiere . It is the site of various sporting events and is ideal for those who like to walk or climb to the top (from Monte Pizzocolo there is a wonderful view). There are many sports to be practised: mountain biking, horse riding, sup, sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
