Positive: Met on arrival by the host at the agreed time (arranged in advance), easy checking in and guide around the flat helped by my cousin speaking Italian. Good sized first floor flat, open plan living and kitchen with nice balcony off that faces the morning sun. Kitchen suitably set up for normal everyday use, good bathroom with walk-in shower. Good sized main bedroom and separate second bedroom with only bunk beds- didn’t realise this until arrival, but an adult can comfortably use the lower bed. Good, effective air conditioning, quiet location in a residential area, street side parking, locking main gate, locking building door and lift or stairs to get to the flat.
Negative: Wi-fi didn’t work which needs addressed . No English speaking TV channels on the small TV provided, not really an issue but good to have to catch up on news when abroad (particularly as no wi-fi to use). No problem for us, but for advice purposes, a car is needed to get around the area for shopping trips, restaurants etc
Summary: Great apartment in quiet location ideal for what we needed. Would book again.
