Wonderful apartment, completely renovated in 2020 directly on the lake with wonderful views and direct access to the lake and the outdoor space from the living room and the master bedroom.
The apartment can accommodate from 4 to 6 people.
It is composed of double bedroom, bathroom with shower, bedroom with two single beds and large living room/kitchen with sofa bed.
In the daily price are included wi-fi, satellite TV, linen and towels, free parking, AC and of course a wonderful welcome basket.
Nearby, there are restaurants, supermarket, water ski school and weakboard, boat dock that connects Lezzeno to Bellagio, Como and many other small characteristic villages (which I highly recommend to visit), bus stop, pharmacy.
The management, on request, provides free home delivery of groceries, reservations in typical and very characteristic restaurants, reservations for excursions with e-bike and sailing boat guide with aperitif and much more.
Lezzeno is a small and relaxing village but for those who want a fun vacation, Emanuela will be happy to give you any kind of advice and organize for you excursions by E-Bike with guide, excursions by sailing boat with skipper and aperitif, guide for shopping Milan / Lugano, driver and if desired, and why not cooking school with chef at home.
Are excluded from the daily price:

After booking you will have the phone number and you will be in touch via Whatsapp for any questions, the day before check in you will receive directions to reach the apartment and at the agreed time we will meet to carry out all the practices of police, taxes etc.. and you will be given all the information you need to enjoy your vacation.
Hygienic rules used in the apartment
The apartment is sanitized with certified equipment and steam at 100 degrees, an air purifier is used, the laundry washed at 90 degrees, the ladies who do the cleaning use gloves, mask and medical shoes, doors, handles, furniture and all surfaces are disinfected.
Everything is cleaned with sanitizing detergents.
The apartment will remain free for 24 hours before the next check in.
