Spacious and modern two-bedroom apartment for 7 people with a sea view in Arma di Taggia, 8 km from Sanremo. The recently renovated apartment has a nice terrace with a sea view, furnished with a table and chairs, two bedrooms - the first one with a double bed and the second one with three single beds, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom.
Ideal for 6 - 7 people, the apartment is located in the central area of Arma di Taggia, a 15-minute drive from Sanremo. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a large dining table and a flat-screen TV. From here you enter the terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and parasol for lunch or dinner overlooking the sea. The separate kitchen has oven, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The master bedroom has a double bed from which you can enjoy a beautiful sea view, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second room, also with sea view, is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and, if necessary, a third single bed. Finally there is the bathroom with tub and washing machine.
The apartment, located on the third floor (with elevator), is very bright thanks to the French windows that open onto the balcony that extends along the entire property, and its position is unique: just cross the street to reach the sea. Upon request, it is available at €30 per stay, a cot for small children with sheets, blankets and a towel.
The beaches in front of the house are very beautiful, wide and equipped with sand. There are also free beaches in the area towards Sanremo.

beautiful cycle path that runs along the seafront and connects Taggia to Sanremo (6 km.) and Imperia.
Behind the house you can rent bicycles and rickshaws, even with pedal assistance.
