The two-bed apartment is located just 10 minutes walk from the blue flag beach at Baia Blu, and 15 minutes to the charming seaside village of San Terenzo.
A balcony at the front gives stunning views, while the rear balcony offers woodland views and shelter for the afternoon sun.
The apartment has a full kitchen with cooking and laundry facilities, plus all bed linens and towels for bathroom and beach. The hosts I've nearby and can help with local transport, and suggestions for activities.
The lounge is spacious, with high ceilings throughout the apartment, including dining space equipped for four guests, two sofas, and access through double doors to a full length balcony with panoramic views. Outdoor furniture is available.
The main bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, with access to the rear balcony, plenty of wardrobe storage and a small desk, while the second bedroom has two twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a double and good wardrobe space. The shower room includes shower, toilet, bidet, handbasin and storage, and we offer a range of guest toiletries.
We also supply beach equipment, local walking maps, and have access to bicycles and boats for those who are more active.
The apartment is on the second floor, with a lift for guests and luggage. There are some steps into the lobby area, and we don't recommend the apartment for those with very small or overly adventurous children due to the balconies. We respectfully ask that those who smoke, or who travel with pets not to book.
It is a downhill walk to the historic local village of San Terenzo with its beaches, bars, restaurants and shops, including two small supermarkets. A free local bus service operates throughout the year, taking guests between the seaside and hillside villages, including San Terenzo and Lerici, where one can access buses to La Spezia or Sarzana, and ferries to the Cinque Terre villages.
We will meet you personally upon arrival to handover keys and ensure you are happy and familiar with the various facilities in the apartment, and answer any questions. Likewise we will meet you on departure to receive keys and deal with any outstanding issues prior to cleaning.
