The country holiday home Carlo is about 80 metres above Colico, on the slope of the local mountain Monte Legnone and is surrounded by lots of nature. Due to the hillside location, you have an impressive view of the Alpine world: of Lake Como and Lago di Mezzola, of the mountain scenery with its Alpine massif, various parts of the village and the Fuentes shopping/commercial centre with helicopter pad. And with a view of the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, Pian di Spagna, which can also be reached by bike in a few minutes. The double-lane bypass road is about 250 m below.
Carlo C has a beautiful access balcony to the garden side with outside stairs into the garden and a wide balcony to the lake side with an impressive panoramic view.
