The Villa Rosa can accommodate up to 6-7 people in 3 bedrooms (250 m²):
Entering the villa in an open plan living room you’ll find a cosy sitting corner and impressive tiled stove, a TV area with couches, an elegant staircase towards the first floor, and the dining area with wooden table next to the kitchen. On the same floor are also a bathroom with tub and shower, a laundry room, and a study room. From the study there are stairs going up towards an open mezzanine floor bedroom with a 1,5 sized bed (140cm width). Also on the first floor are the master bedroom with double bed, dressing room, ensuite bathroom with hydromassage tub and a small terrace. Bedroom with 2 single beds and extra pull-out bed. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside you will be attracted by the porch with its relaxing chairs and a covered terrace with beautiful wooden teak table for up to 10 people and barbecue. The well-kept garden (1300 m²), completely fenced and boasting views over the countryside, is completed with a heated swimming pool (10 x 5m) surrounded by a sunbathing area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
This holiday home ‘Villa Rosa’ is situated only a few minutes from the lake nearby the small village of Brebbia where you can find your local supermarket, bar, pharmacy. This side of Lake Maggiore is considered a less touristy and more laidback area, within easy reach of all popular tourist destinations. Nearby you’ll find the village of Ispra (3km) for a nice lakeside walk and beach, Angera (8km) with the famous castle ‘La Rocca’ and ferries towards the lively Arona, and the town of Laveno (14km) at the central part of the lake from where you can easily reach Verbania, Stresa and the Borromeo Islands.

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 1000 euro
- Final cleaning, bed sheets and bathroom and pool towels (obligatory): 200 euro
- Gas and heating: metered at 1,60 euro/m³ (included the first 50 euro)
- Electricity and air conditioning: metered at 0,66 euro/kw (included the first 50 euro)
- Heating pool (upon request): metered according to electricity use
- Tourist tax if applicable

- Swimming pool approximately open from mid-May to mid-October; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
- The villa is located next to a road that can become trafficked during the high season. The noise can be heard from the garden.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Parties or events not allowed.
