Built around 1920, this villa is situated in a beautiful and sunny location directly above Domaso, on the western shore of Lake Como, and offers visitors a breathtaking 180° view. The villa was completely renovated in 2011/12, retaining many of its original features, and is now available for short term rental.
The villa comprises a large garden (approx. 500 sqm), a spacious covered terrace (approx. 100 sqm) with wrought-iron table and chairs, barbecue and a relaxation area with sun loungers, outdoor shower, swimming pool (8 x 4 m) and Jacuzzi.
The villa is spread over three floors: the main villa is on the ground and first floor, while the attic, which is the property of this listing, houses an independent flat with a modern kitchen and living room (with a double sofa bed), two double bedrooms (each with a double bed measuring 1.90 x 2.00 m) and two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC.
