Holiday House Vespucci4 takes its name from the street. It is about 30 square meters and has been recently renovated. One of the strengths of this condo is the extraordinary centrality to tourist attractions, bars and restaurants of this particular sea of Sperlonga area. The address is Via A. Vespucci, n. 100. The Lido Belvedere bathing establishment, included in the house's quota, is about 200 meters away. At all hours of your days at sea, there are always n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds.
Entering the house we are in a very pleasant setting in decor with high quality finishes in a marine theme. On the left is the comfortable and fully equipped kitchen and the table placed in front of. Each tool is available in the kitchen with utensils, plates and glasses, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. Then we find the bathroom with shower and then setting with king size bed, wardrobe and accessories. Well placed in the context there is a comfortable double sofa bed perfect for the flat screen LCD TV and for the night.
The maximum number of persons that the house can accommodate is 4. All the spaces of the holiday home are equipped with hot / cold air conditioning. Use of air conditioning is free. There is also a play corner for the little ones at home.

Beach service is included at the Lido Belvedere beach resort which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here you will be available for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The plant is central in the town and is in the Corner of Angolo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st.

Sperlonga City Tax

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the villa is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. The check-out is at 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
