Positive: The lady that did the check in was very nice and explained everything to us, how they have discounts for a specific beach ecc. The room was ok and had an extra bed for some reason. The breakfast was decent.

Negative: When we arrived nobody was there for the check-in and even after ringing the bell we had to wait for about half hour before anyone came. When the lady came we asked her about the keys she said that we could either keep them or leave them because the reception was open 24 h. However, considering how long we waited for the check in, we decided to keep them because how were we supposed to know no-one would pick our keys and get in our room? Another reason is the fact that you can't leave anything charging in the room when you leave because with the keys comes the one that turns on the electricity in the room. However, even though we were told we could keep the keys, when we were coming back from dinner we were scolded by a man at the reception for keeping the keys. That really wasn't nice as we asked in advance. Perhaps the staff should have a meeting about the hotel policies so that everyone gives the same answers.

Summary: Decent for one nice but don't keep the room keys!
