Summary: The whole staff was outstanding. At the top, Gioconda who surprised me with cutest birthday cake; Matteo and Mario who brought it to me upon my arrival at my breakfast table and Fabio who gave me all the pieces of information I needed with a big smile. It was a real pleasure to have them around every morning with their kind and cheerful attitude.
