Summary: The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The location was great and convenient. The only issue was that no one ever answered a message, phone, call or email from booking thru the entire stay. There were no instructions on how to lock the door upon leaving (electronic lock). The door system to the property is operated thru a web link. The WiFi went down during our stay so the doors were inaccessible to enter the property thru the link. I sent several messages on the app and called the contact number which simply disconnected after a message. We initially accessed the property just fine and there were a set of hard keys that we used, but if we had first arrived or relied on the web link we would have been unable to access the room. The property was very nice but if you have an issue, it will never be responded to.

Summary: It was a little confusing to find. Once inside it was better than expected. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs, each with their own private bathrooms and a loft bedroom upstairs. There was also a small kitchenette and a large couch that could easily accommodate 2 people. Over all wonderful flat once you locate it!

Summary: The property was less than 100m from the train station. That was the highlight. Communicating with the host required texting, though the instructions via the email confirmation stated communication could be done by phone. Getting into the unit was a trick with the need for mobile phone service to unlock a couple of doors. Inside the unit it was a confusing array of odd rooms. The bed was thankfully comfortable. I would never chose this apartment again.

Summary: Very nice, clean, no frills room across the street from Cadorna Station and Malpensa Express and very close to The Last Supper. Perfect, convenient stay prior to our flight out of MXP.

Summary: Great location, everything you could want in a hotel room ie clean, quiet, good shower, refrigerator and aircon/heating. Dani on reception was very helpful. Minor gripe - the bed was fine but the headboard needs replacing/deep cleaning.

Summary: The hotel is comfortable and centrally located, very close to the metro. It was a little hard to find since the intersection at Cardorna metro is a bit confusing, but once I found it it was easy enough to check in despite there being no reception desk. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. As is common in hotels in Europe, there were stairs but no lift -- which might be an issue for people with mobility issues. Otherwise a great place to stay in Milan, and very affordable!

Summary: The guard acted like a civil servant (entitled and couldn't care if you lived or died). While I didn't speak much Italian, he begrudgedly had to get up off his fat butt to show me one of the buttons to open the door upon departure. The representative who showed me to my room did not inform me about many things which I had to figure out since he was never to be found after check-in.
The room was very clean and modern as was the courtyard. Excellent A/C and location. Unsafe location as evidenced by 3 levels of security entrance and mulitiple number of keys required.

Summary: The location of the property is very convenient as it is literally in front of Cadorna Station.
The room was very clean and very spacious with all necessary amenities for a short stay; however the toilet was a bit uncomfortable as it was too close to the sink so your knees will not fit in front of you.
Communication could be improved considering there's no reception staff - For check-in we were met by someone that provided us with the keys (I didn't catch his name but I'm sure he wasn't Barbara as expected by text messages shared before arrival). He did told us a few things about check-out but we were a bit tired so we didn't remember it all so I think a letter/paper with a reminder inside the room on what to do on check-out with the keys and the Wi-Fi code would be great so that we don't have to text the host all the time.
