The recently renovated apartment spreads over four levels and is located on the Green Way, in a pedestrian area of Fiumelatte.The entrance, accessible from a furnished courtyard, opens onto the living area, made up of a cozy seating area with a fireplace and chaise longue, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. From this bathroom it is possible to see the flow of Fiumelatte spring water, which passes through the house and ends in a fountain outside the entrance. The first floor features two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with a shower, the second, a bright living room furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a dining room with a large custom-built table, and a toilet.
