This is a beautiful 2 bedroom Lake Lugano villa, perfect for a family of four with grown up children or for two couples. It's in a wonderful location overlooking the lake and its south facing terrace ensures that it enjoys plenty of sunshine.
The Space:
The accommodation in this Lake Lugano villa is arranged across two separate buildings. In the main house, there is a large open plan living and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large sliding doors make the most of the incredible lake views and enable guests to go from the interior living area to the outdoor terrace at the front of the villa.
Also in this part of this Lake Lugano villa is a well equipped modern kitchen, newly installed in 2022. Finally, there is also a master bedroom with generous sized, elegant, marble-lined bathroom, complete with 'his and her' sinks. All these rooms enjoy the same fantastic views over the lake below.
The second bedroom and bathroom is in a separate annex just a few metres from the main house. This room can be arranged as either a twin or double room.
In total the accommodation measures approximately 140 square metres.
Outside, garden furniture is arranged on a private terrace and is positioned to make the most of the phenomenal lake views. To one side of the villa, a table and four chairs is positioned under a covered terrace providing shade, whilst there is a second table and chairs at the front terrace near the kitchen. An awning can be pulled down here to again provide shade. Mature plants including cacti, palm trees and hydrangeas add colour to the outdoor areas.
Also outside is an outdoor fireplace with corner seating. This is a great area in the cooler months or late at night once the temperature has dropped. Another terrace is furnished with two loungers, perfect for lazy days in the sunshine.
There is plenty of private parking at the rear of this Lake Lugano villa.
The Neighborhood:
A short 10 minute walk downhill (or an even quicker bike ride) leads to the lakeside where guests enjoy access to a private beach area shared with the other residents in this mountainside development. This is very well kept and is a fantastic spot from where to sunbathe and enjoy a swim in the crystal clear lake waters. Sun loungers are provided here and there is a covered pergola with table and chairs. There is also a changing room here. Please note that the walk takes slightly longer on the way back due to the uphill climb. This Lake Lugano villa is also within walking distance or a short drive of restaurants and cafes.
