Villa Cremia is only 10 km from Menaggio on the hill side of the Lake, from the villa is easy to reach the lake’s beaches walking 500 meters, whilst the groceries are about 800 meters away.
All the possible activities are very close like golf, tennis, sailing, windsurfing and other water sports, this area is also very famous for hiking and mountain bikes climbing the surrounding mountains. A ferry service connects Menaggo, Bellaggio and Varenna as well.
The property has a wonderful and perfectly maintained fenced garden with palms trees, which is about 900 square meters, with a covered patio equipped with table chairs and Barbecue where enjoying al fresco meals with an amazing Lake view and Alps behind it.
