Tastefully furnished, very cozy apartment, approx. 55 sqm for 4 people, nice, friendly living room with a small kitchen niche, round dining area, sofa bed for 3rd and 4th Person and door to the veranda, bedroom made of natural wood with double bed and door to the veranda, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, own ground-level entrance. The apartment is built against the slope on the back and therefore remains pleasantly cool in summer. The living room and bedroom are illuminated from the south by two large glass doors to the veranda. In addition, the living room and bathroom have a window with a light shaft on the north side. On the covered veranda (portico) and in your own wonderfully ingrown garden in front of your apartment you can spend quiet and relaxing days. Enjoy the great view from your higher panoramic terrace over Lake Garda and from the garden to the Monte Baldo massif (apartment with garden view).
Both apartments have their own fenced garden areas, which are also ideal for dogs. You can easily reach the apartments from the access road via cobbled external stairs.
The holiday home 'Schönes Platz' is located on the outskirts of Mezzema, a romantic and original mountain village to which a number of private holiday homes are attached.
