Summary: Travelling with children. Failed to respond to x4 messages sent to hotel prior to arrival, including request for a cot. Arrived at night time. No cot. 1.5 year old slept in bed with me and fell out out bed during the night. Told staff in the morning who didn't seem too bothered. Quite old, tatty hotel. Not good value. Would not return. EV charger is slow, rated at 11kw but only provided 3kw to my car. Unless you have a 3 phase compatible EV charger you will also get slow charge.
