All opening onto the lawn and a large 5.5m x 12m swimming pool. With a built-in barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven on the terrace for delicious barbecue evenings. The house offers four comfortable bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with 2 double beds (1 in 160 cm and 1 in 140cm), 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a 140cm double bed and 90cm single bunk bed. On this same floor a bathroom (single bath and a sink) with a toilet, the other bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and double sinks. A well-equipped American kitchen, refurbished in 2014/2015. A laundry cellar. A small cellar. A toilet.
