Arriving by car you can park in the street, directly under the building or in the nearby parallel road, connected by a very useful pedestrian bridge that will save you a lot of time. Each of our guests will receive very practical information on the best places to park.
Furthermore, the nearest motorway toll booth is 3km from the apartment, which makes it convenient for reaching Genoa Airport in a very short time.
If you arrive by train, you will be exactly 4 minutes walk from the apartment, while remaining in the quiet of the area, even in summer.
Once you reach the bottom of the building, just look up to see your Penthouse with Terrace, located on the fourth and top floor without a lift.
The steps divide you from your finish line, located behind the entrance door which, once opened, will show guests the very bright living area which acts as a prelude to the large terrace at your exclusive disposal.

Here you will find a very comfortable three-seat sofa with coffee table in which to relax in front of the FullHD High Definition television with Netflix subscription offered by the house.
Without hesitation, opening the French window, the large terrace with its particular succulent plants welcomes you. Do you have a green thumb? You are in the right place. A quick glance to catch a glimpse of the sea. Tomorrow morning at breakfast you can sit at the 4-seater table here, to start the day well or perhaps work smart working, in complete privacy.
In the summer, although the sea is a short distance from you, you can opt to sunbathe here, using the two deckchairs provided.
From the main entrance looking to your left, you will find the large equipped kitchen. Longer stays will not be a problem, having at your disposal a washing machine, an oven, a dishwasher, an induction hob, a fridge and freezer, two kettles, a Lavazza coffee machine and even an electric grill for mini barbecues on the terrace!
Some pods and infusions of various essences are offered on the house.
A 4-seater table completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil are placed in the various compartments.
The sleeping area is divided into two bedrooms. A first master suite with Queen Size bed. Wardrobe and bedside tables are available to accommodate your luggage and personal effects.
The second large bedroom has two single beds overlooking the terrace, which can be joined together to create a second double bed if necessary. Shelves and hangers will also be available to guests in this room.
Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed.
The high floor allows you to receive a very ventilated climate and the scorching summers are not scary for these rooms, which have two high-performance ceiling fans. One in each bedroom.
The last room that guests will find is the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower. A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo, Intimate Hygiene, Bar of Soap and Cap is offered by the house.
