Summary: It was a struggle to check in. There was no person at reception even though we arrived aroun 6:30pm. We have to work with our phone to check in while data was very slow. Luckyly, one of the resident in the building helped us. The room we booked was #106, which was supposed to be on the 1st floor. It was actually in the basement of the building. It was very difficult to bring the suitcases down the stairs which was very narrow and turned twice. The room was very small and 2 single beds were set up in the kichen. The room was facing the busing street, where tram ran. We felt the street shaking every time the tram passed by. The tram didn't stop until 1am an started at 5:30am. So no rest. After spending over $300 USD, it is not worth it. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this room.
