From here you can quickly reach Bocconi University, the IULM, the New Academy of Fine Arts (NABA), IED (Pompeo Leoni) and the Navigli. The area is equipped with everything you need from supermarkets and other commercial activities.
This wonderful flat is composed of a living room with a large and well equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, a single bedroom, a double bedroom and finally, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The flat is located in the heart of southern side of Milan, in the university area:
- IED (Pompeo Leoni), 12 minutes walk;
- BOCCONI, 13 minutes by walk;
- NABA, 13 minutes by walk;
- CATTOLICA, 20 minutes by tram line 3.
The area also offers many amenities such as supermarkets and service you may need. You can find the Esselunga supermarket only 1 minute by walk.
This strategic location allows you to enjoy the uncountable activities that Milan offers. You can move around by walk but also thanks to a great transportation network:
- TRAM 15 Duomo (7 stops);
- TRAM 3 Piazza Ventiquattro Maggio Colonne di San Lorenzo (5 stops);
- Metro Green Line Abbiategrasso (tram 15 for 3 stops).

The room has a double bed with two drawers and a large wardrobe. It also has a balcony to make the space comfortable, which you can enjoy in spring and summer days. There is also a desk with multipurpose shelves and a lamp. It's a great solution for university students and young workers.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED up to 50 euro of expenses per month (if you will do a normal amount of usage, you would not have to pay for it!).
After the payment of the first month rent on HousingAnywhere, to finalize the reservation, the tenant has to pay the deposit and the admin fee. The admin fee covers:
-weekly cleaning service of the common areas for the entire duration of the contract;
- contract registration fees (registration tax, stamps and registration fee);
-maintenance.
Contracts can't end on 30 of April - 31 of May - 30 of June.
Cancelling contract in advance is possible with three months notice period only after three months contract. If you cancel the contract before the natural ending you have to pay 200€ penalty.
