Positive: Property had a very good vibe and a cool location. Right on the lake. With the windows open it was amazing.

Negative: Seems like the property has an extremely musty basement. Certainly understandable with it being right on the lake and waterfall, but something that should be addressed as the smell is overpowering. After three nights at the property my entire wardrobe reeked and had to be thoroughly cleaned. (Even things I didn’t wear, simply items I made the mistake of sitting out on the shelves in the bedroom). The second floor flooring also needs looking at, my wife almost fell through to the left of the top of the stairs. Scary thin wood construction.

Summary: Cool but musty.
