The House
It extends over 3 floors and the 3 double bedrooms (1 of 24 m² and 2 of 35m²) have a private bathroom! You can therefore accommodate up to 6 people and you will not run out of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd level, and the 1st level is made up of the large living room, the dining room and the equipped kitchen.
The furnishings come from all over the world and each piece of furniture or decorative element has its own story, which the owner tells with great pleasure.

The accommodation extends over the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of a house, without elevator.
The neighborhood
The house is located at the corner of rue de la Régence, very commercial, and Rue Donceel, which runs alongside the Saint-Denis Church and its cloister. By staying here, you will quickly realize that Liège is not such a big city because everything is walkable and nothing is too far.
In 5 minutes on foot, you will reach the city's various points of interest: Place Saint-Lambert and its shopping gallery, the pedestrian center and its shops, bars and restaurants, the historic center and its access to the hillsides, the neighborhood Outremeuse on the other bank of the Meuse,… In short, you will benefit from an ideal and very central location. Transportation
