You will access the apartment through a first private terrace, equipped with deck chairs and table to enjoy aperitifs at sunset overlooking the lake; on the entrance floor you will find the large living room with the central table and the comfortable sofa placed in front of the flat-screen TV; in front of it is the equipped kitchen that extends along an entire part, and on the left the bright bathroom with shower. Also on the left are the stairs that descend to floor -1, where you will find the double bedroom, the bedroom with two single beds, and a second private terrace equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.
