My apartment is located in Desenzano del Garda in the Porto di Rivoltella area; just 200 m from the lake and 2 km from the center of Desenzano. It is a 45m2 two-room apartment; with a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (190 * 160), a well-stocked kitchen area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Free internal parking. Sheets and towels provided.
In 2024 I purchased this two-room apartment because it is in a small condominium convenient to all services but at the same time guarantees quiet and easy accessibility.
I really liked the large outdoor spaces, the centuries-old trees that guarantee an area that is always livable even on the hottest summer days, two swimming pools suitable for me but also for my children, and the internal parking. An aspect not to be overlooked
Even though the building is from the early 70s, I redid the entire apartment in a modern but welcoming style, and equipped it with every comfort.
At the entrance there is a niche to store suitcases and backpacks and immediately on the left the kitchen area. A small space but with everything you need: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, induction hob and digital extractor hood. As well as a blender, toaster and Bialetti coffee machine.
In front of the entrance there is the dining area with a 120cm diameter table comfortable for 4 people.
Hidden in a niche behind the table there is a laundry corner with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, broom and other basic cleaning supplies.
On the right instead stands out the comfortable sofa bed, and a living room furniture with a few books, some games and some dishes.
From here you enter a hallway with a door to the bathroom and entrance to the double bedroom.
There are two split air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living area.
From the living room you then access the small balcony overlooking the garden and with a table for pleasant moments of relaxation.
In the late afternoon I suggest a rich aperitif at the Rio58 bar a few steps from the apartment and then go down to the lake for a walk with ever-changing views.
On Sunday mornings there is a weekly market in the pedestrian area just 300 meters away.
And if you don't feel like cooking, there is one of the best pizzerias in the area 50 meters from the gate of the house.
