The modern holiday flat Simona Torretta is situated in an exclusive sunny panoramic position above Mezzegra at the end of the village in the direction of Lenno with a view of Bellagio, the famous Villa Melzi and the south-western arm of the lake that leads you to dazzling Como. You stay above the golden triangle of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna. The two-storey holiday flat Simona Torretta feels like a house within a house due to its own external staircase to the upper floor with a furnished balcony in front of the living room and a large panoramic balcony in the attic equipped with sun loungers. Due to the steep slope, you enjoy a wide view of the lake and mountains as well as of your panoramic pool, which is shared by four flats. You reach the pool via a private garden path. Your two balconies invite you to spend the day with dolce flar niente, good Italian cuisine or your favourite book. In the rural neighbourhood there are residential houses, meadows and mountain roads. The holiday home is located at the end of a residential street.
On the lake side below the house is the panoramic pool. The pool is not separately fenced and is open from 1 May to 30 September depending on the weather.
The gallery holiday flat with open roof truss, large window fronts and tiled and parquet floors offers exclusive comfort in an Italian ambience and with plenty of lake views from the living room, the glazed gallery and the bedrooms. - You enter your holiday flat from the car park via an uphill external staircase (approx. 20 steps) and reach the large bright living room with integrated modern eat-in kitchen on the first floor.
A dining table on the mountain side and a corner couch (which can be converted into a double bed) on the lake side await you, as well as another dining table on the panoramic lake balcony in front. On this floor is the first bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. A staircase leads to the attic: on the left, facing the mountain, you will find the second bathroom with a large wellness tub, washbasin, WC and bidet.
Next door is the twin room, which can be used as a second double room or triple room by putting the two beds together and extending one of the beds, with large windows and a sloping view of the lake. On the lake side, the double room is next to the glazed gallery, both with access to the large panoramic balcony with sun loungers and spectacular lake views.
All window fronts have blackout options. The sloping ceilings in the bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom mean that standing height is restricted in some areas.
Enjoy the privacy of your exclusive Lake Como holiday flat with spacious lake panorama balconies and refreshing pool, the privileged location in the middle of the lake close to the most famous sights on Lake Como. Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo with its impressive botanical garden is also just a stone's throw away. The green Isola Comacina, the only island in Lake Como, can be reached by water taxi from Sala Comacina. People with reduced mobility please note the stair access to the flat and the stairs to the attic and down to the pool. Terrace railings with cross braces and the glazed gallery on the top floor require increased supervision for small children.
You reach the holiday flat Torretta via a service road and a remote-controlled gate. There is a fixed parking space for your vehicles in front of the property (no. 6). Another parking space inside the property (no. 1) can be used additionally as an option, depending on the type of vehicle.
