*** Large and cozy 90 sqm apartment located on the fourth floor of a modern building with elevator, able to accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area and an open kitchen with a hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, coffee machine and electric kettle. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The toilet has a large bath with shower and bidet. Further services available to guests: WIFI, heating, A / C, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. PARKING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE in the large private garage of the apartment. Bed linen and towel set provided upon arrival for a truly comfortable stay.
*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. The rate includes clean bed linen and towels for each guest, for a truly comfortable stay. CHECK-IN is normally from 16.00, but can be anticipated if there is no outgoing guest. CHECK-OUT normally takes place before 11.00 am, but can be postponed if there is no incoming guest.
