The two apartments have been completely restructured, painted and refurbished at the end of March 2023.
They are actually separate, but enough close one to another to be booked by the same group of guests. They do share a private hall, which leads to the two main doors.
Apartment 1
After the main door, you will access the open space composed by an open kitchen, the dining table with 3 chairs, the double sofa bed (rollaway/Murphy bed) and a colourful balcony with a small table for 2, where you will be able to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine. The view is lovely, quiet and peaceful. The balcony is separate from the other apartment's balcony through a wooden net and some ramping plants.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and microwave, fridge and freezer and all the utensils (pots&pans, dishes and cutlery) to make your stay comfortable and complete.
In the dining room, you will appreciate a comfortable sofa, that hides a rollaway double bed, to be open as shown in the pictures (also an instructive video will be shared prior to your arrival).
Afterwards, the beautiful and light complete bathroom, with a separate shower, bidet and wc. The hand basin is placed in the antechamber, which also leads to the storage room, equipped with a functional washing machine, iron and iron board, clothes rack, broom and a hoover. The storage room works as a laundry/pantry.
Apartment 2
After the main entrance, you will be walking through the hall and on your left hand side, you will find the storage room, equipped with a functional washing machine, iron and iron board, hoover, broom and clothes rack.
Further on, always on your left, you will enter the open space composed by an open kitchen, the dining table with 4 chairs, the double sofa bed (foldable) and a colourful balcony with a small table for 2, where you'll be able to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine. The view is lovely, quiet and peaceful. The balcony is separate from the other apartment's balcony through a wooden net and some ramping plants.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and all the utensils (pots&pans, dishes and cutlery) to make your stay comfortable and complete.
Afterwards, the beautiful and light complete bathroom, with a separate shower, hand basin, bidet and wc.
The master bedroom comes with a double bed (and a brand new mattress), large wardrobe and a table with a chair, for you to use at your own discretion, in case you need a quiet space to work from. From the bedroom window you'll enjoy ad view and on a sunny day, the sight of the Alps.
Both apartments are equipped with central heating, A/C fans and high speed Wi-Fi, whose username and password you can find at the entrance.
