The house is located at the Como Lake Waterfront between Dervio and Bellano villages. Both villages have numerous restaurants and shops. Both have train and ferry stations. There is a water sports center in Dervio where you can rent a windsurf or a small sailboat. Numerous hiking trails start nearby. The house is a perfect intermediate luxury stay on the renowned "Sentiero del Viandante".
There is one private parking place on the premises and three free parking spaces along the street. The place is located on a provincial street right after a tunnel, so the best way to move is by car or bicycle. Reaching Dervio by foot is also possible, though you will need to pass about 200m through a tunnel not equipped with a pedestrian path, so having light-reflective cloth elements is recommended (available for free inside the apartment). Dervio and Bellano have train, ferry, and bus stations to move around the area.
