Villa Alba del Lario is an elegant lakefront property located on the western shore of North Lake Como, in the characteristic village of Pianello del Lario, just ten kilometres north of Menaggio. The aristocratic architecture and the elegant furnishings create a warm and welcoming environment. The restoration and renovation of the villa was carried out in compliance with the principles of sustainability while the architecture and the interior were decorated according to the philosophy of Feng Shui. Villa Alba del Lario is the ideal choice for large reunions of both family or friends looking for a unique holiday on Lake Como. The villa is also perfect for guests who enjoy sailing as it is provided with a private boat dock.

Interior:
Villa Alba del Lario has two floors: the ground floor composed of the living area and the first floor of the sleeping area. The ground floor consists of a large entrance that leads to a large brightly-lit dining room with a splendid lake view, a living room and a fully-equipped professional kitchen. In addition, there is a games room equipped with a Ping-Pong table, a sofa and a variety of games for children of all ages, and two service bathrooms. The sleeping area upstairs consists of eight bedrooms. There are two romantic double bedrooms with private bathroom, one with tub and one with shower, a splendid lake view and direct access out to the terrace equipped with sunbeds. One of this baderoom is connected to a single passage room with which it share the private bathroom with tub. There is also two double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathroom with shower, and one double bedroom connected to a single passage room with which it share the private bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, with the exception of the two single rooms, which are more suitable for children.
Park:
A lovely, level fenced garden of about 800 sq m surrounds the villa, for the most part paved and organized as an outdoor dining area and relaxation areas. The garden ends just three metres from the lake shore and from there guests have direct access to a small beach where they can swim. The majestic backdrop of the surrounding mountains and the enchanting lake view create an idyllic backdrop for romantic candlelit dinners under the starry sky or for simply relaxing in the garden and admiring the panorama.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular pool, measuring 7,5 x 4,5 m with a constant depth of 1,10 m, is lined in blue PVC, which blends in well with the surrounding landscape, and has chlorine purification and two sets of Roman steps opposite each other for access to the water. The paved border and solarium area are equipped with sunbeds, director's chairs and umbrellas for relaxing under the sun. The pool is equipped with a retractable transparent cover which is easily maneuverable, even by a just two person. Here, the guests of the villa can enjoy a pleasant swim under the warmth of the summer sun or under the starry sky of Lake Como, taking advantage of the pleasant temperature given by the pool cover and the lights which illuminate the pool at night as well. It is also possible to heat the pool by paying a supplement. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
