Villa Clara is the ideal place for an Italian style family holiday! With a 1.300 sqm private garden, this villa boasts an amazing pool 15x10m and a stunning patio for open air lunches and dinners!
The entrance on the ground floor opens onto the living room with two large sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dish washer, an electric kettle, a juicer, a coffee machine and a toaster.
The ground floor, equipped with air conditioning in every room, houses the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC; the second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a wardrobe. A second bathroom with wash basin, shower, WC and bidet completes the floor.
On the lower floor (basement) there are two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one of which with an additional bunk bed for 2 further perople, and an extra bathroom with a shower, a WC, a basin, a bidet and a washing machine.
