In "il Bagno", about 3 km from the picturesque center of Marciana Marina, on the north coast of the island of Elba, this splendid semi-detached villa with sea view was renovated in 2022, when the garden, terraces and and the suggestive swimming pool surrounded by greenery. Just across the road, on the other hand, is the quiet beach of Bagno, little frequented even in the height of summer.
The villa consists of two twin apartments of around 100 m2, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, each with independent access and newly installed air conditioning, as well as private parking for up to three cars. The garden, the swimming pool and the furnished terraces all around are common to the two houses.
The ground floor apartment consists of a large living room open on three sides and overlooking the garden, separate kitchen, large disengaged bathroom with tub and shower, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
