Summary: This place fit our needs and our budget for our travel through Milan. We intentionally looked for a place within a 10-15min drive from the central station. The host was helpful and kind enough to explain everything to us. We found free street parking out front. Shower pressure was amazing. We brought our own shampoo but there were little packets available for use too. We were grateful to have the A/C to help us fall asleep in this extremely hot August summer heat.

Summary: Not a central location but close to Metro stop. Not many restaurants in area but a big grocery store three blocks. No breakfast or kitchen use. No glasses in room. After we checked in we never saw any hotel staff again. Tv and WiFi good.

Summary: Pros
Owner is friendly and nice. Comforter is thick enough to keep warm in a cold and rainy day. Room design is stylish. Shower room is spacious and tap water is diffusely poured out.
Cons
The gate door is closed, it is necessary to make a phone call 10 minutes before the arrival. I understand the difficulties of the owner since he has to act as cleaning maid and receptionist, but the cost is too high for a tourist to make a call, better find another solution for the registration. I believe that it is better to hire a cleaning maid and a receptionist to handle the cleaning and registration respectively.
Only 4 cloth hangers, it is not enough for cloth drying. Difficult to find places to hang on those hangers. Skin will become dry if you wash your body by a given soap. No breakfast was included as hotels.com mentioned.
